Create a quick prototpe application which can eventually be enhanced to provide the features outlined in the detailed specifications in the file called [login to view URL] in the Deliverables section. Enhancements tp the prototype will be made as requirements are finalized until a final version is done. The initial version needs to only demonstrate a potential interface (Web Page, Client app, etc...) which will interview the user to complete an project estimation form and store the data into a database. Import and export of data to/from popular types (csv, database, txt, xml) should not be excluded.
