Complete site with php and mysql database

Workoutlog. Need a complete website containing registration/login of users, users able to add workouts and keep track of their progress. Able to see a chart which is linked to mysql database and tracking users workout stats. ## Deliverables I want a website that will offer user the possibility to create new workouts, and log their progress by updating after workout. They will have the ability to update weight,reps and series og the workout. After workouts the chart will update and visually show their progress for 0-1month,0-3month,0-6month,0-1year and so on. It also needs a backend to complete basic tasks as deleting users and so on... The design should be very simple and template friendly.
