Clone a website to a Wordpress platform on our domain

My client is a small theatre company. We want to clone the center tabbed design of [login to view URL] We want the exact same background to be used as our site wallpaper. The layout will be slightly different. The colors will be black, white and muted red. Samples will be provided for the red. The calendar on the right is not necessary. You should be prepared to include the needed plugins for the functionality shown in our site map. You will be building the structure only, content will be placed by us. Do not include that in your bid, please. See the attached Word doc for the site map and details for layout changes. Ask any questions you need before bidding. Empty bids will be deleted and ignored. Provide samples of previous work. This could be a long term relationship, we do lots of work like this and need someone dependable and affordable.
