Build beta crowdsourcing site like Threadless.com

This project is to build a beta website which is diagramed in the attached jpeg. The site will be a crowdsourcing site similar to [[login to view URL]][1], but much simpler. Core functions of the site will include: These functions will occur on different sections/pages of the website: 1. Allow visitors to access downloads, and upload files 2. Allow visitors to upload an image, which will be screened by website staff, revised, and then re-uploaded onto the website. These images will then be open for numerical voting by other visitors/website members. 3. Create filters according to member’s profile information to filter participants in online voting; allow only some visitors to vote on certain designs based on their member profile information (this may not be built for this beta version of the website) 4. An online store. Once product is ordered in the store, it must automatically send an independent packet of electronic information about the order to a specific destination. 5. Automatically update the status of events such as: -Time left till event closing -Current number of participants -The current average score of evaluations for a particular image 6. A forum for members Please provide a quote for completing the project, including price and time.
