Build User Registration System Around Wordpress

I need help from a professional developer with HIGH skill and QUALITY ratings. To flush out the details of an idea. The system is to have users register for a blog, put it on their own domain if they choose, or upload the blog to their existing website under a folder, and then have articles automatically feed to the users blog. Articles must look like they were written and posted on the users blog. Not an RSS feed. The system is to be built around wordpress: * User can register for blog in to system. * An administrative panel to monitor all registered users. Create function: Receive variables from a feed to automatically post content to the users blog. The content must look like the users blog posted the article, not like an RSS feed. What I need from you: 1. How would you develop the system? 2.
