Barcode video player

I am in need of an application that can be? incorporated into? a website that will allow users to attach their video file to a site generated? barcode.? That barcode could then be printed out onto a label, affixed to an object and later scanned by another user having a barcode reader to initiate playback. ## Deliverables I'm looking for a video sharing application that is organized and played back through the use of barcodes.? I need a demonstration model that can be used on my desktop that will later be added to a web site.? The application should do the following: 1.? Ask the user what video file they would like to download/share 2.? ? Produce a unique barcode from an incorporated barcode generator 3.? Attach the video to the barcode and allow printout 4.? When the barcode is then scanned by a reader playback should be initialized in a windows media or? similar viewer
