Book Cover Design

Hi People I need an attractive graphic for a book cover suitable for print publication. The book is about implementation of neural networks in chip form. Working title is "Optimisation of Massively Parallel Neural Networks". The book publisher will lay out the text. I really just need a background image that we can lay the text over. If when you are designing, you have a particular idea for the text colour / size etc, then please let me know. Image specs Size - 8"x9.75" at 1200dpi Colours - CMYK (full color) be aware that approx 0.25" may be cropped from each edge of the image, so please design without strong borders etc very near the edge. Themes Neurons / Artificial Intelligence / Microchips / Braincells. I am sure you get the idea. Style This is a fairly sober, academic kind of book, so nothing too whacky or popart pls in the cover design pls. If you have any samples of other similar work you have done in the past, please include lo-res jpgs or similar in your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Full Size image in Photoshop PSD form. 2) Any text in the design should be in a separate photoshop layer to the graphics, so it can easily be edited or removed. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform n/a
