aspx Reservation scratch application

This concerns an Online reservation page (included as attachment) [login to view URL] I need to create an application that monitors the reservations and interpret available spots. The aspx page needs to refresh the [login to view URL] page every 10 minutes and interpret the returned results (looking or a variable 'disabled' which should return a value of "enabled" If the value is "enabled" an alarm should go off (sound) possible select the button and automatically click it. If the value is "disabled" the app should wait and rescan the results 10 minutes later. Mail any questions you may have.
