hello I have already worked for this kind of application. That was near to clone of ensim control panel. I have made that for both windows and linux. Linux system is without mail server. I can provide you basic functionalities like adding plan, add name based site (with FTP), adding Ip based site with FTP, network settings, reseller management, site management, subdomains etc. I can provide you basic functions only.
