Auction Sniping, snipe (chinese) project

We need a Chinese (mandarin) speaking coder(s) to modify and transform the current code we have for sniping on ebay to suit sniping on a chinese based website. All the functions have already been coded, it is just a matter of modifying the code for this chinsese auction site. A simple sniping application that will be able to snipe on a chinese auction site, and perform the necessary sniping functions, as well as user login and password creation functions and storage. Features should include: -Ability to enter and create a new user login and password to the site. -Ability to enter the username and password of baazee. -Store/Process/Enter in necessary snipe functions (eg. Ability to specify snipe time (e.g. 3 seconds before auction end) -Ability to enter maximum bid value. -Keep list of auction items and status. -Status should include Won, Pending, Lost -List should also indicate end price. -Picture of bid item should be displayed next to snipe item. Should execute bid on behalf of specified username and password at snipe time to maximum bid value. Good example of the functionality and design is [[login to view URL]][1] or [login to view URL] We already have a working snipe system for ebay (C, perl) and a user interface, so it is a matter of adapting the code to suit the new auction site (non-ebay, chinese(mandarin)). Must be able to speak/understand chinese! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform -Current sniping system code is in perl and C using a postgreSQL database. -Further details (ie. database/server) will be provided on request.
