Sir, as u urself know that this is a High-level(in measure of coding and hard-work) project! So it won't be wise to give this to a new-comer (i.e. with no reviews). But u also don't need a freelancer with 100+ reviews to do this, bcz he will charge more(naturally) and will have more works in hand other than urs!
So i think u need to strike a balance. I am new to Freelancer.com but have good experience of .NET,PHP,MSSQL,MYSQL,JAVASCRIPT,HTML,CSS,Flash,AJAX & SEO. And I am very good with APIs.
See my reviews which i already managed to bag in this short time. I do one work at a time, even if it is a $30 work!
You may find many providers with much more reviews than me bidding on this project. But if you look carefully at their review pages, you will find
that their so called "Great" reviews are frequently interuppted by "INCOMPLETE REPORTS" or "Failed Project Reviews" (as they now call it)
which clearly suggests that they are not so consistent in their
performance and dedication. On the otherhand, right from the beginning I had this resolution in mind that no matter what happens I will never concede an
"INCOMPLETE REPORT" under any circumstances. And this was only possible if all my clients remain Fully Satisfied after each and every project. So far I
have been successful in upholding the resolution!
Thanks,
Souvik
