I want to create a site similar to of [login to view URL] I do not need an exact clone but should be very similar in functionality. Should be done in PHP/MYSQL. Storage of files should be done on Amazon S3. Integration with both credit card and paypal should be provided for end user. There should be admin panel that lets us manage the stores , see stats, etc... And there should be functionality to pay stores via paypal or at least a report that does so.... Please give as much details as possible when bidding -- describe what frameworks, if any, would be used, a list of functional requirements you would be providing, time estimation, and anything about your credentials and methodology.
