Cubecart 4 modifications

I am looking for somebody who can do some modifications to a 'Cubecart 4' store for me, before you read I am looking for someone who has experience in using Cubecart and who can provide sample of work they've done with Cubecart in the past. 1) Currently prices are hidden until a customer logs in because it is a wholesale store, by default Cubecart displays prices to customers who are not logged in as £?.?? - I wish to change this so it says 'Please register for pricing'. 2) Currently the 'Registration' page looks very confusing and cramped, I wish to make it easier to read and complete, instead of it being two columns I would like to it be one column as a list. 3) I would like some new fields added to the registration form in order to collect business information such as Company Registration Number, VAT Registration Number, Type of Business etc. 4) I would like a contact form added to the 'Contact Us' Page. 5) I would like to create 'Information Pages' that I can hide so they do not show up like normal information pages do on Cubecart (e.g. About us..) 6) The final and main change I want is when someone visits the store I simply want the store logo to show at the top, then I am going to create a large image/collage of our products the go in the middle of the page and then under this I simply want the Cubecart login box and a 'Trade Register' link which goes to the Cubecart register page. Essentially I only want the store categories, shopping cart etc to show when a customer is logged in. I hope this is enough details and you understand exactly what I'm looking for.
