Create online tool for windows/frames preview - repost

Good day ! Please read carefully full description, and ask questions if you need clarification. We WILL BE building PHP/MySQL website, with bootstrap (for responsiveness). This particular project includes ONLY MODULE for the website, AND NOT WEBSITE ITSELF. Website which we will be building is for windows company, and we need an online tool for website visitors to be able to preview products as per below: 1) Select window type; 2) Select interior or exterior view; Exterior view will have 3 options of the wall (brick, stucco and sidings patterns); Using exterior view client can change exterior colors and see a brickmold gallery (3-4 options); Interior view will have a classically decorated wall paint (light, average texture); Using interior view, client can view 3 options what's behind the window. View gallery of trim options and jamb sizes (3-4 options each); It's important to demonstrate how each window type will be opening therefore 3D visualization is required (we will provide image frames for you to easily generate jquery rotation.) Design tool must be compatible with mobile devices, including apple devices. Therefore, Flash is not a good fit for this tool (there are plenty of jquery plugins which can be used in conjunction to achieve what we need.) Please name your price. Also, as you noticed the budget for this project is set as >5000$ however this is definite NOT our budget for this tool guys. We just want your quotes to be more accurate, rather than setting highest price in our selected budget...
