Changes to php script to upload four files instead of one (insert and update forms)

Attached you find two php files. It contains the same form but one is for inserting new post to database and one is for updating existing post. The original file uploaded two files (Psalm_pdf and Psalm_mp3). I want to get possibility to upload up to four mp3 files instead of one. The new files are named Psalm_Mp3_2, Psalm_Mp3_3 and Psalm_Mp3_4 in the file. I have changed the form and tried to change the upload part of the php script. The file [login to view URL] works, but I had to comment out a lot of code to get it working. Please fix this. On [login to view URL] only the first file (Psalm_Mp3) is saved at server/database. Please make changes so the code I have commented out will work and that all files will be uploaded and saved on the server.
