I would complete the website portion of the project first - I would look for this to be completed within 5 days from the initial milestone being created. At this point I would request a second milestone of 25%. I would then develop the app for android devices - I would expect this to take a further 12 - 14 days. I would then look to work with you to ensure that the application and website are how you expect and any changes that you wish are implemented. I estimate that this will take 3 - 5 days.
