Create A Mobile Landing Page

I'm an affiliate adveriser who needs a well-done, highly attractive, pre-sell page that I can then connect to the final landing-page for my cpa network. I only need 3 things out of this. This is my intention: a user clicks on an ad I've created within a mobile advertising network. They then land on my pre-sell page, which is what you'll create. This pre-sell page is then linked to the final landing page that I already have done for me. Your only job would be to create: A mobile landing pre-sell page that is functional for androids and iphones. It must be attractive in design with colors/tabs/click box/picture (s) that then links to the final landing page. The design is up to you, free-reign, as long as it looks professional and attractive.
