AppGyver Steroids and PHP - Real time phone GPS tracking - This will be PROTOTYPE

Hi Everyone, I am looking for a PHP backend AND a mobile application developed on top of AppGyver Steroids. I am not looking for anything fancy, simple/default looks is OK, design will be done later, I just need the system to work and be as simple as possible. It will be used to develop on top of it. COMMENTS IN THE CODE IS A MUST. What I need done: -) Mobile application: Allow the user to register (free) Connect to SERVER to login. It will then let the user register as ACTIVE or INACTIVE to receive PUSH notifications. Should be able to send GPS information to the backend when required. 1) Backend that: (Users will not login to the backend, it will be just for admins) Has to be done using a FRAMEWORK. (and restful maybe?) Allow access to the mobile application (or deny it) Get the position of all ACTIVE and INACTIVE devices and track them in real time (position, speed, direction, etc) Show the devices in a google map. Devices should move as the devices move. The backend should have the option to divide the map in multiple areas. (should be easy to add areas, and remove (edit is not needed, but will be nice) The backend should be able to have a position (x,y) and search the devices within that area, and select the device that was the longer amount of time in that area (the oldest first) Send push notification with DATA, and images to the selected device.
