First page is a central sign on/ log in page where both the business and the individuals will create their own secure/encrypted user id and password along with a short explanation of the function and purpose of the website. Then the individual will create a file by filling out a pre-determined template of questions that everyone that creates a file will have to complete. ? They also need to be able to upload important documents, pictures, diplomas, etc. This file is sort of like their personal resume which they have the ability at any time to change, alter, add, delete, expand, etc. There are approximately 20 universal questions all individuals must complete at the very beginning and I want them to be able to fill out the questionaire directly as this will be a web based only application. Every question will get there own page. there should be a 1. go back button, save info for later button, and 3. continue button. If the question such as what is your birthday, it should have a drop down menu with a calender. If the question is regarding what college they went to, there must be a drop down menu of all the schools based on state, then city, etc. If they had graduate education, the same thing. This website must be incredibly user friendly and intuitive. ? They are essentially filling out a universal job application that can then be sent via email to these different business.? The website also must not allow the application to be able to print it on a printer. This function must be disabled as this will be purely web based, and paperless.? After the business creates their own log in, they will also enter their information, except that theirs will be much more basic such as their address, phone numbers, and email contacts. They will also be supplied with this universal application and they will be asked if there are certain questions and such they need in addition to the rest of the universal questions. These additional questions will then be sent to the applicant to fill out as well. When they are done with that process, the next page for them is for them to pay me for this service. So this also needs to be a e-commerce site.
