Debug Sellwide maillist script

Hi, I am currently using **Follow Up Mailing List Processor PRO** from sellwide.net. This is a Perl-CGI script.[ ][1] I need 2 things. 1. There is a bug in it that I need fixed. I schedule emails to be sent on a daily basis, every few days it sends duplicates of the message a few minutes a part. Sometimes it sends the same message to all of the mailing list and other times just to a portion of the list. 2. It is limited in how it handles bounced emails, I need the bounced email script to be enhanced. It parses the message fine but will only recognize it as a bounced email if the return message has the word "To:" in front of it, I need it to recognize more than that. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
