Add ticket entry function need for Helpdesk

We are using Cerberus HelpDesk ([login to view URL]) and we need some additions to it. We need a php function that we can call that will enter a new ticket into the system. The function that you write must be able to operate outside of the logged-in Cerberus Helpdesk environment. That is, this function will be called on the back-end, NOT within a session in which a user logs in. You may included whatever existing Cerberus code you need to. This will run on RedHat 8.x or later. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform RedHat 8.x or later This should run in Php 4.3.2 or later. This may use PEAR modules, but they must be listed in the install instructions. This should operate with register_globals ON or OFF.
