Accounting System

This is an add on project. A calssified website has been built and an accounting system is to be build for it. This is only phase one of teh system and other phases will be added on later in such as auction system. But lets start with this first. The site has been built to provide a classified ad functionality with a directory listing. Needed is to program an accounting area and connect it to the ready classified add system. The project should be handed in 2 phases as described in the pdf attached. Phase one has a 10 day time limit and the second phase has 10 day time limit from the time the first phase is handed in and tested. The design is not important at this moment at all and simple HTML page is required. A new design project will be made available for bid at a later stage. Please read the bid document and get back ASAP. Qualification criteria are as follows and have to be demonstrated: 1- No experiance in classified or accounting systems required. 2- Experiance in PHP amd MySQL is required and need demonstration by a minimum of 3 clients of medim to large size websites. 3- Names of 3 referee clients and this e-mail addresses are required and will be contacted. They must be well english speaking clients. 4- Your CV and the number of programmers working with you if any and thier CV's are to be submitted. 5- Online meeting for project discussion is a must for clearing out any confusion in the documentation. The programmer must demonstrate copetancy in English, PHP, MySQL and that he or she has read the project and prepared him/herself for the online meeting. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
