Creation/modification of a listing module with tailored URLs in Joomla 2.5

We have recently migrated from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 on our site: [login to view URL] and have been having difficulties with URLs We are using a "listing module" called BT Content to list our activities: [login to view URL] but unfortunately the URL it makes when clicking on an article is really long and bad for SEO : [login to view URL] We need someone who will be able to modify this module to help us to get the URL exactly like we want it : for this same article, it should be : [login to view URL], which is basically, the name of left menu + Article name. This is very important that the change in the URL doesn't affect the rest of the site but just the URLs of the articles listed in this module, so we need to force the URL in the module rather than using a SEF tool that will modify the whole site. We have used another module in our previous site called JANews, so we could use that one if it's easier, but we would have to modify it so we can list articles with their ID and not only categories.
