development of king of ERP in PHP

Hello, I m lookin for a developer for a kind of ERP. I am a seller on market place like amazon and ebay I am looking for a web based software that allow me to import everyday my orders and clients using a CSV import, in this file I have : name, adress, product reference, qty, price, email, phone number, order is, order date, order state etc.... I would like to have the possibility to import my orders in bulk, and using the name and email of customer create client in database. I need to : - find a client by name or email and then see his order or orders - find an order using the order id - find order by state - calculate my cost ( I have a table of product reference and the price I pay it) for a period I can choose - put a comment in an order when a customer call, or copy paste a mail he sent for customer care purpose - generate the top client list - generate the top sold products Every website I sell has different export order file, so import tool must recognize every type of file and import it well I think its a simple project that can be write in PHP. I wont pay more than 500$
