customizing a modal contact form for wordpress

I have a custom wordpress theme based on AJAX and I've installed a modal contact form plugin which is not working proper with my theme. By not working proper, I mean that is displaying the contact form but not entirely ( just the title of the contact form). Also when I put it on the blog page which has the default functionality it works perfect. Here is some thoughts from the developer: That slideshow, its AJAX loading and complexity of Javascript code involved will not allow you to do what you're looking for. The correct place to insert this code would be /framework/shortcodes/konzept-slides/[login to view URL] (coding knowledge is still required but at least you can make it load everywhere this way - and yes, you can make a slide with HTML form this way). [login to view URL] loads project when you directly enter. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] loads project when you enter by clicking thumbnail.
