add few features in vbulletin mod

I need few added features to be added to this vbulletin mod. I am using vbulletin 3.6.8. Mod name: cyb - paypal donate 4.4. File attached. What I need to be added: A. When they send donation, they will be required to place the following in text boxes: 1. Name 2. Website Url (optional) 3. Amount (already in the mod) ______________ B. Choose Amount [textbox] (this feature is already available in this mod) What I need is when they place an amount, there will be a text appearing where it will show how many they have bought. Example, when they place $1, an text will load showing 1000 impressions. When $4 is placed in amount, 4000 impressions will show. This is for ranges $1 to $29. For ranges $30 and above, every $1 will show 1000 impressions (same as above), but a new message will appear after $29. Converting it for every $2.5 is equal to 1 day. Which means, if they place $30, 30000 impressions will appear, and 12 days. _________________ C. When they submit the form, these details (from textboxes from A will send me a PM) Name: Website address: Amount sent: ______________________ max $50 max bids. What I need are the text boxes, the text appearing depending on the amount placed on the textbox, and the PM sent. Paypal functions is already ready, no need to reprogram them.
