Design and code an Admin panel to a simple Shopping Cart

I would like a simple shopping cart script designed that I can implement into any existing site. It should be in PHP/MySQL/JS. I host a number of sites and I want to be able to add a shopping cart to them, so I require an Admin Panel which will allow me to setup users, and a User Panel to allow the user to manage products and orders. These will need to be created dynamically ADMIN PANEL-The admin panel will have 1 tab 1 Stores: This will allow me to add and edit store details Fields: User, Pass, URL, Currency, Tax (VAT, GST, Tax), Tax Rate, Tax Included (Yes/No) USER PANEL-The user panel will have 3 tabs 1 Items: This will allow the user to add and edit items/products Fields: Name, Short Description, Large Description, Price, Shipping Cost, Image(Browse for image) 2 Orders: This will display a list of orders including shipping address and payment details from PayPal 3 Settings: This will display user settings Fields: Shipping Type (No Shipping, Flat Rate, Item Rate, Number of Items), Paypal API Username, PayPal API Pass, PayPal API Cert PRODUCTS Snippet This snippet will need to use PHP to generate the code.
