Custom Fashion Design Website Feature

I need to incorporate a feature that allows customers to design their own leotard (similar to GK Elite Design Studio) into an existing Zen Cart store. This feature should allow customers to choose a silhouette, then click on fabric swatches to add colors to the leotard pattern in pre-defined sections. Thye should also have the ability to add a silkscreen image or embroidered image to the leotard in a pre-defined space (always the lower left of the garment). I would like this feature to use JavaScript (ImageMagick) if possible. Also the customer must have the ability to add their custom leotard to the shopping cart, as well as print the design and/or email it to themselves or a friend. Please see the GK Elite Design Studio to see what I am talking about. I need the feature to be table-less and CSS based with the CSS file being heavily annotated so facilitate editing by myself. Also, I will need written instructions on how to add further products to this new function.
