Convert to PDF & Count Pages (1358123)

We're creating an online faxing application. Currently, users can upload a document and send a fax.? But, we'd like the user to know how many pages the fax is before sending. So, here's the process we're looking for: user uploads file --> we upload it to server --> convert the file to PDF --> we count pages --> we display pages to user. We'd also like you to pick a nice ajax processing graphic. We prefer a button that shows the percentage of the upload. Please read the documentation before bidding on the project. Thank you. ## Deliverables As a clarification, we'd like a php/jquery ajax uploader with an updating progress bar to upload the file. ? We'd like to return the number of pages counted to that component as well to show to the user. There should be uploader timeout for incomplete uploads or connection errors, etc. We'll also need to have the page count available for processing information in our database. ? ? One option is to build the page counter with? [login to view URL], but we're open to your thoughts. I'm including the "ideal" file type list that we would support. However, if one file type makes this project significantly more difficult to execute, we're willing to eliminate it.
