Complete a PHP Mafia Game

Project is to complete the game "Violent Desire". Domain has been bought, game just needs to have the coding finished. Its a Browser game which is written in PHP and Javascript. To be played in a web browser online Guts of the game is to build your mafia player and run the course of life that you want to run. Be a Banker, a Criminal, in the CIA or even a Loan Shark. There are many careers and life opporunties Game is partially done, however other coder could not finish, so the end of it is up for grabs. Game is 40-60% done thus far. Basically the gang side needs to be completed, along with CIA and Police. Only those with experience in PHP Browser games please. Total cost of Whole project was $650, and due to circumstances it was unable to be completed. $300 (which is more than it should really be) is up for grabs Winner will also be offered another game I am trying to produce (Around $600) so I need someone who will be around for a while to create this too must have msn and be active on it - these things will require a lot of questiosn to be answered.
