CMS for investment websites (1982196)

I'm seeking an experienced programmer who will build a script allowing to quickly create niche investment websites. This script will be sold on a basic website, which also needs to be programmed (payment gateway installed). The project is for 1-2 months, then if I'm satisfied, I'll be happy to outsource all maintenance and future enhancements. I'm providing the specification (attached), will be providing sliced up graphics at a later time (webmastering is not needed). Required: - experience in writing larger web apps (please provide examples) - web application security expertise - experience working with at least one popular framework - familarity with design patters (OOP, MVC) Nice to have: - experience in building financial applications - expertise in data encryption Critical: responsibility, self motivation, serious approach.
