Apartment rental portalsite

Hi there. Read carefully about what i want so you understand it :-) This is a site who is going to be used to promote a small company who rent out apartments and houses. You will need to make a basic site who i can design on later. More info : The site is for a friend of mine who do business in renting out many apartments and houses. The main site will contain a list/pictures of apartments he wants to rent out sorted by towns and areas. Like this (example) Town London (Town) Place Wallstreet(place) 4 rooms 2 rooms ----------------------------- New town Oslo Place Thisgate 12 Apartments ---- *********************************** All this can be in a rightleft colon on the site ( I will design the rest of the site later) I just need the basics there. When clicking on a apartment on main site i want the info about it to show on a new page. Also a contact form is needed there like this one: [login to view URL] Admin panel It need to be easy to understand (the ppl who will use it ain't that good with Html). It needs to be spots for each town and place. The spots must be a plain text area with rich text editor above, so they can put the text in for the apartment and edit the text with the editor and hit launch button to get it to show on main page. a solutions to easy manage pictures for each apartment is also needed. Linux/Mysql PHP or HTML Just ask if there is something you don't understand :-)
