Configure Solr for Fulltext Search

i want to enable fulltext search on my website. Need help to configure solr to do the following: 1. index and search by keyword for multilanguage (Chinese, English, Thai, etc) 2. search by single text phrase on all indexed fields or search by individual/combined fields (such as article title, article text, author, post date range, etc.) 3. sort search result by multiple fields selected by user (post date, article title, author, etc.) 4. boost particular fields at query time 5. search-within-search: refine search result by further limiting search criterias based on previous search results (e.g. first search returns all results of author='tom' and postdate within last year, second search will search from the previous result limiting article title containing words 'hello' and article text containing 'world') 6. Synonym search (e.g. search for jacket will return results containing 'coat', dictionary definable by user) 7. cache search result so that repeated search won't need to hit the search engine again 8. Ability to scale out and fault tolerant. When bidding please state your experience with Hibernate Search and Lucene. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
