Autorun CD-Rom Program

I designed a mediocre website just for kicks for work. (computer technician) we have a Diagnostic cd we use for everything. the cd is just folder based right now that is categorized by type. looks really plain to the customer. so i'd like something that looks very extravagant, maybe using flash or a really advanced webpage (that can be edited as things get added/changed once a month) i'm always updating files but they always have the same name so that's a simple update it cannot be done with vb.net as most computers I work on do have .net installed. an added bonus to the project for the programs like spyware/virus/cleanup tools if the programmer knows how to make autoinstallers (i know some and can help with this part) just integrate into the program so that I click on (for example) spy sweeper and then the program installs and then updates from a file and then an Uninstall page that list all the progams and does the same thing a 1 Click button that Uninstalls the Program and deletes the Directory. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
