All of the above charts DIFFER from each other! Someone tells that Altavista depends on Yahoo to get its searchresults While other tells that Altavista has it OWN search-results and does not depends on any other search engine for results! This is confusing me. I just want to know which major search engine depends on "Which one" for results. Actually my final objective is to make an application like LinkSurvey ([[login to view URL]][1]) . But i am unsure about **"Which search engines should my software Query"**. I cannot make my software to query AOL as well as Google (as results of both of them are SAME), I would instead like to query Google only. So Similarly I want a list of search engines (atleast 5 search engines) which I should integrate inside my software and which **Show UNIQUE results when compared with each other**. I would make my software to query those Search engines. Also i would like to know other search engines which borrow results from these 5 major search engines which you submit me.
