I have designed a website, but have no skills required to create the HTML CSS code for implementation into my WordPress Premium account! I would like the site to look as per the attached file, and function as per the following link: [login to view URL] I want the background and transparent overlay to be fixed. The header and footer to be stationary as the page is scrolled and site navigation banner to be stationary as well. So the information will scroll up on top of the transparent overlay, from behind the navigation banner and logos in the header and footer. I also want there to be a group of approximately eight images scrolling through on the home page (first page in the attached PDF). Please contact me with any questions.
