Appointment Setting Wordpress Plugin

Hi Freelancers, I would like to build a Wordpress plugin that functions exactly like this service you see here: [login to view URL] How the appointment booking plugin works: - User would first come to a page like this: [login to view URL] - User clicks on the red button to launch a modal box with timing and date options to choose from - User fills up form to complete the booking of the appointment Main Functions / Requirements: 1) Ability to have a button that launches a modal box with time and date options, exactly like you see in the example given above. The modal box will be responsive as well and should behave on a mobile device exactly like the example. (Refer to Screenshot 1) Also notice that in the modal box, there is an option to input your custom logo in the top right hand corner. 2) On the backend, the admin can specify the duration for each appointment slot. (Refer to Screenshot 2) Ability to set fixed timings (Refer to Screenshot 3) 3) Comes with a success message when the form is filled up. (Refer to Screenshot 4) 4) All the appointments booked syncs up with a google calendar of your choice 5) Sends a confirmation email to the user after he books the appointment.
