Android App sending data to MYSQL databse

hello i want an app that grabs package names of apps installed,country of install , and gets date when they are uninstalled, and send data immediately to a mysql database of a website. The website shall have a admin section where i see details , from where installs came, what they installed and when uninstalled. A score shall be assigned from the admin panel, for example install from this country counst as X , install from another country counts as Y .... Also ther must be a user interface from which people signup, and login from the app with these credentials, so installs generated from that device where my app is installs are sent to MYSQL database. Every use can convert his gathered points into installs for his own app by entering it to the system (as package name) and after admin approval. If you can also add possibility to convert earned points into money that shall be withdrawed to paypal , that would be also awesome. I'll need app delivered as APK unsigned and the entire eclipse project also. regards
