Design Top panel of my site

Hello, Here are some things that I need to be designed in a more elegant way. The colors to be used should bevery sober. No fast colors. domain name : [[login to view URL]][1] 1. Top panel of the site has to be designed from scratch including logo. See how you can retain the 3 balls on right top. The left and bottom part of the site will remain same, so you can take the color theme from there. 2. Ideally I would like to link all the three balls on the top with arrows in artistic way like we have "A->B->C" in the main body of the page. 3. Next I would like to have a more attractive option instead of "A->B->C" but sending same message to our visitors. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
