Complete website - database, design, functionality

Need someone to create a website for me. The project entitles database, design, functionality, uploading it and making it work from start to finish. It is a website that creates a buddy system. Users will log on and input profile information in regards to specific name, age, location, how many years have they been a muslim? gender, hobbies etc... (more categories will be provided). So the website will be for new muslims . They will create a profile and answer questions. Then the new muslims will be paired with people that are already muslims. So it is sort of a buddy system. Some desired functionality will include: chat, auto email notification, auto-pairing of new muslims to their buddies based on gender, location, age. There should also be a admin page where the admin can see all new users, and matchings and pairings. Also there should be an auto email that is sent to the admin that gives them info on new user sign up and which old user would be their best buddy match based on age, location, gender. This is a brief overview of functionality and concept, more functionality will be discussed. Please do not bid if you have no deisign skills. Design is veyr important.
