CMS for Registrations

This is probably 2 day tasks. To be done in PHP, AJAX and Jquery Admin : Promoter : Submitters are the roles . Submitter can submit details which can be verified by Promoter/ Admin. There is social media login, YOuTube video embedd etc. The page should be elegant like mera events. BTW, we will not have escrow first. We will award you the project only after the phase 1 is done. Now, why we are doing this is, one person took a project money from me, and din't work well. YOu will show the code on your server ,i will award the project... then will pay ease phase 20% and then u send me the code.... so every 20% escrow u will send the code, i will release after getting + testing the code
