Build a Website

Web design, web programming, PHP/HTML. The site must be written in HTML/PHP. No Word Press, Drupal or any third party platform. No templates like Bootstrap will be used for designing the website. Must be mobile responsive. It's a personal website that contains a bio, resume, background, video, music files and personal images. Information only...I will provide content. Knowledge of Structured Markup Language. This site is created for show business. I do not have an idea for design but it should contain the following: 1. Video 2. Photos 3. Music 4. Bio/Resume 5. CMS to manage all of the above plus XML site map, meta tags that must be what I call “dynamic”. Adding and removing pages. Just like for a big project. 6. Must be Google compliant and ready for SEO. 7. Mobile responsive. I’m not a programmer or web designer and cannot foresee all the details that are necessary for any project. There has to be flexibility because projects may not look and feel the same at the final stage as they were planned from the beginning. This may not be an all-inclusive spec but it’ll give a good idea about the project at hand.
