I AM LOOKING TO FIND SOMEONE CLOSE TO MY TIME ZONE, USA, Eastern Standard Time. I am seeking a website designer/developer with a wide variety of skills. I am seeking an INDIVIDUAL NO AGENCIES or COMPANIES. The job will include logo design, color separation, graphic design and related jobs. Included will be design from scratch and or conversion of current flash sites to HTML5 reactive. I am looking for part/time to begin and then to increase to full time. The position will be ongoing, hopefully for the years to come. What I am NOT looking for is a "YES" person that constantly needs to be told what to do. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, motivated and share opinions on any aspect of what ever job they are working on. I am looking for someone that is easy to work with and not out to try and negotiate prices, such as what tasks involve. Whether it is using their mind to its fullest capacity or just chatting and discussing work, HOURLY MEANS HOURLY. The pay may start low but will be reviewed and assessed quarterly.
