clone of websites to include database

hello coders... i am in need of a topnotch website guru clone of existing websites in functionality only, the websites i would like cloned are, Myspace, Adult Freindfinder and Sexsearch....i would like to be able, and member, to add member photos,profiles, search capabilities, browse,videos on home page, fast loading and unique in presentation. the site is registerd already online but, without search engines...please be proficient and business minded, will ask for a demo 1/2 thru project, when i will pay half the agreed upon bid bid price and will ask for a final demo when finished and then pay remaining half....please be able to speak and understand english...all codes to/with/for the project will belong to owner...may be future work in future for right person... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform i will leave this portion of the agreement to the coder....i want the program to load and activate giuckly without error....i should be of the level to also allow the owner to load items manually...
