Changing features of existing Flash site

I have some requirements for a site which needs small changes to be done. It is: [[login to view URL]][1] The site is a bi-lingual site having text and paintings. Now the issues are: 1. The flash banner on the top is too hazy and the paintings are not so clear. We would like to have 3 pictures there instead (which I will provide you once we start rolling the project). We want the look and feel of the banner on: [login to view URL] or <[login to view URL]> The banner will be common for all the pages of the site. 2. Right now, the site is in orange color, we would like to make it into a sea-green color…I will provide you the exact color later when I send you a matching painting. This is for the whole site 3. When you click the "arts" section, you will see 6 paintings. We would like to have a better viewer system (similar to simpleviewer). There will be 10 pictures and 3 poems. 4. We would also like to experiment with the font styles…but that's not the priority at the moment. This needs to be done in both the languages. The sizes of the paintings and poems will come a bit later which we would like to be incorporated at a later stage. We would need this done in 3 days time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash, IE, Firefox
