Captivate Training Website ASP.NET(repost)

I currently have a Login system I wish to use for user login. This project will begin with that as the starting codebase. Summary: Website where users will log in and get training via flash based interactive movies captured with Macromedia Captivate. There may be many different kinds of training videos. Some specifics: Users progress will be tracked and they will be allowed to continue where they left off in the course. The videos will be provided. There will need to be some small code snippet that can be placed at each chapter point to allow tracking of users progress through the SWF. USERS CONSOLE The users console should be able to show what they have purchased and what state of the training they are in for each purchase. The ability to complete each course will have a time delay (like 1 month) where the user can access it up to that date. The users console should also show what has been completed permanantly. There will be a test after to take after each tutorial that will grant the user certification similar to BrainBench. The current user console only shows the basic normal account information. ADMIN CONSOLE The admin conosle will have the ability to look up, edit and delete users and adjust all aspects of a users account. The admin console will have the abilty to add new content in the form of these flash tutorials. Assume they will be uploaded by traditional means. The need is for description of the tutorials that will apear on the website. The ability to mark tutorials as inactive so they can no longer be started, but anyone who has already purchased a tutorial may continue and get the certification. I'm looking for a complete website(home page, contact etc...) to house this if you can or just the guts and I can do the graphics. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET VB.NET
