Build a token gaming machine like chuck e cheese and Jillian

Hello, I want a website that is like chuck e cheese and Jillian's, but all in a website. Here is how it works: Users buy virtual tokens or coins , then they can play at least 7 different games like Mini Skeeball Game and etc, then they can win tickets, and with this tickets they will be able to redeem prizes that I will be able to put on the site. This site needs to be quality looking site especially attracted for kids showing the games and prizes on first page, and must come with a mascot character, after users win on the game the tickets must come out of the virtual game machine which I will explain later a similar one. The site can also have winners page that when users buy prizes with their tickets show their username on winners page, this page is optional only if you can do it. Users will be able to have the ability to transfer tokens and tickets to the other users like a gift The site will have to be easy to manage maybe like on a cpanel, including putting prizes with the number of tickets the each prize will cost, also editing each page easy and etc. I had recently had developers making a lot of errors on developing the website, I would like minor errors as possible to avoid frustration I will be explaining more about the site during the project, but for now if you have any question let me know. If your bid is $750 I will pay e half first and then other half when you finish, if your bid is $1500 I will pay $500 per month which it will be paid total of 3 months period, but work must be done, if your bid is higher we will discuss a solution and if is less then same as first option. thank you
