Brightcove player is not registering when uploaded to server

I'm am trying to get a Brightcove media player to register in the video section of a site. I am loading the swf into the table using a javascript file to disable active x controls. I've included the three files that form the video page. I am wondering if the problem is that the bcove player was placed inside of a movie clip within the swf- as opposed to taking up the whole swf at the base. Either way- I am basically just looking to get it working on the server.
