Boat Store Website

I need a website built for a boat building company. The site I'd like it to look like is [[login to view URL]][1] The main page should use flash. I only need about 5 unique pages, the rest can be templated and will contain static information. I have many photos of boats in the process of being built as well as finished boats. The current site is [[login to view URL]][2]. (Its really bad I know). The colors for the site need to be black and gold and edgy. I need graphic design for the site including the following sections. Opening page Black screen-XARBIN logo (in gold) fade from 0 to large.
