Basic Website

I need a website that will be professionally made. More than anything it is an informative webpage. We also need for it to calculate a package price. An example would be if the customer selects option 1 with option 10 then the total price would be $111.11. But if the customer adds option 6 then it changes to 123.45. A package consists of about 5-15 options. Each option must apear on the screen (we can provide pictures) so the customer will get a better feel of what they are choosing. Also keep in mind that the people that are accessing this website are not very computer literate so it needs to be easy to navigate through. Main page should be flashy (for good presentation.) This webpage must be written in a familar language so that anyone can go in and make changes. For the options I would like to be able to change the options from some type of database or something to that effect. I need a form where the customer can input their info and it would email/ (send somehow) to us so we can get back to the customer. INtro page should probably be in flash. The rest of the website will be in whatever langauage the webmaster thinks is suitable. As far as number of pages we want the typical webpages such as: contact page, index page, customers, estimate page, equipment page, services page ect. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All windows, IE, Netscape, Mozilla
